Long-time Boston folkie and Jaffrey summer resident Tom Smith played to a packed house in August! Tom drew the largest audience we’ve seen at the Meeting House in it’s almost three years of existence, and we had a great group of open mike performers as well.
August’s open mike performers were:
Jan Miller (not pictured), from Ashby; Oliver Mutch, from Ashby; Jon Roper, from Lancaster, MA; John & Ursula Papp, from Rindge; Chuck Hall, from Rowley, MA; Peter Fischman and Deb O’Halon, from Ashby, MA; Ken Hasselbrack, from Nashua; Rusty Guertin, from Holden, MA; Mac Cole, from Worcester, MA; Rich Hamilton and Amy Snedaker, from Jaffrey; John Beland; Jane Fallon; Fred & Wibby Swedberg, from Orange, MA; Steve Rapson, from Winchendon, MA; Deb Goss; Bob Goodwin, from Templeton, MA; and Derek Sensale and Charlie Peckhar, from Brattleboro, VT.
Thanks to the dedicated crew that makes this event a huge success month in and month out: Elisa Benincaso, Karla MacLeod, Al Lefebvre, and Ken Raymond. Food was provided by Sally Poikonen, Amy Raymond, Roberta Letourneau, Ursula Papp, Elisa Benincaso, and David Lister.
September’s Meeting House Stage will be held on September 11, and the feature performer will be Bob Pope. It’s going to be a great show!
